Mika loves people and has always had a desire to make a difference wherever she can. She received her Associate’s degree in Science at a community college in Alabama, transferred here to BYU in the summer of 2018, and is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders. The ambition of enhancing another’s quality of life is one of the many reasons she aspires to become a speech-language pathologist. It is also a major reason why she loves working one on one with students here in the Academic Support Office as a peer coach.
